Time to try Tai Chi?  Taught by certified instructors, this slow, controlled exercise program builds strength, improves balance, frees up stiff joints, and relieves stress. It's safe and effective. Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is recommended for older adults and those diagnosed with arthritis, fibromyalgia, scleroderma or spondylitis. The physical exertion level is similar to that of walking.  Beginners welcome! Brought to you by VPAS. This class is for those 60+ and registration required.
