Come to the library after hours for pizza and a Nerf battle in the stacks. Nerf N-Series Agility Blasters, Rival XVIII-500 blasters, and ammo will be provided, or feel free to bring your own.

This series of talks will cover everything you need to conquer the main challenges of aging: Loss of Muscle, Loss of Bone Density, Weight-Related Chronic Disease, and Increased Fall Risk. Presented by Jackson Lohr, Personal Trainer.
