In Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER, filmmaker and physician Delaney Ruston turns the lens on teen stress, anxiety, and depression in today’s screen-filled world. As she struggles to support her own teens, she explores how families and schools can empower youth to build resilience, emotional agility, and healthy communication. Featuring personal stories and insights from leading brain researchers and psychologists, the film offers practical, evidence-based strategies to support teen mental wellness in the age of social media. Open to families with children 11 and up.
